The shorter days and golden light.

The glow of the full Harvest Moon

Autumn is here in all her glory offering us an invitation to slow down and linger—to sit in the space between sleep and awake and allow imagination to stir.

In many traditions, this is a time when we contemplate the bridge between the physical and spiritual realms. Drawing on these traditions, I'll be facilitating a circle on Saturday, November 1st with an invitation to honor those who have passed and to set intentions for ourselves as we make our way forward. 🍂 Samhain Circle
Saturday, November 1, 3:30-5:00pm

Join us as we honor those who have passed and explore the threshold between the seen and unseen. This container offers space for introspection, setting intentions, and connecting with the spiritual aspects of the season. Participants are invited to bring a totem to add to our collective altar. Advance sign up recommended.

🧘🏻‍♀️ SlowFlow Yoga
Mondays, 10:30-11:30am

Move a little more slowly as we focus on making more intentional transitions and actions on and off of the mat. Class concludes with essential oils and hands-on attention. Sign up at peacebank yoga.
